Alicat PC series pressure controllers are:
Precise
Electronic digital controller is more precise than standard valve type controller.
Versatile
A variety of output options including 0-5V, 0-10V and 4-20mA and RS-232
Modular design allows PC series pressure control instruments to be configured for use in vacuum
control applications as well as pressure control applications.
Fast
Quick response speed to measure and control. Ideal for PVD based vacuum applications like sputtering.
Cheap to operate
Low power consumption and minimal maintenance.
Rugged
Standard 302SS flow body with aluminum case housing looks good and provides long service life.
Accurate and Repeatable
Accurate to +/-0.5% of FS and repeatable to +/-0.5% of full scale.
All Alicat PC series pressure controller calibrations are NIST traceable.

- Interfaces easily with Alicat flow products via RS-232 addressability.
- Tunable response speed.
- Multiple digital & analog input/output.
- PC, PCR and PC3 instruments are available in ranges from 4"H20 PSIG through 100PSIG; 15PSIA through 100PSIA; 4"H20PSID through 150PSID.
- 200:1 turndown ratio allow gauge to measure 1/200th of its full scale potential.
- Small size. 4.1"H X 3.6"W X 1.1"D.(PC Series)
- User can select any of nine units of measure at time of order.
- Remote Display for embedded applications.
- Remote electronics package for high heat applications.
- Setpoint control and loop tuning via display(-D and -RD models only). No costly software or computer interface required.
- Able to operate in applications with flow rates as high as 2500SLPM. (PCR series instrument)
- Remote Sense Ports (PC3 series instrument) allow PC3 series device to control pressure in areas of the process that are difficult to access.

- RS-232 output of all measured parameters
- PROFIBUS compatible communication standard
- DeviceNET compatible communication standard
- 0-5Vdc (optional 0-10Vdc, 4-20mA) output of main parameter
- Local Display Control (-D, -RD models only)
- Class 1 Div 2 version available.
