It is the policy of Alicat
Scientific to provide the highest quality of products to its clients. This company is a
commercial business operating in a competitive market. The pursuit of the highest quality
of products to its clients is as essential to the long term growth and survival of the
business as cost control and optimum pricing.
As a certified ISO 9001:2000 company Alicat Scientific continually strives to maintain
a quality standard that our customers can come to rely on.
We will perform exactly like the requirement or cause the requirement to be officially
changed to what we and our customers really need.
The Quality Policy ensures
conformity and reliability of physical inspection and test techniques. Company personnel
will perform inspections and tests as necessary to determine:
• Compliance to customer specifications and requirements.
• Compliance to Alicat Scientific’s specifications and requirements.
• That care is taken in handling parts and materials to prevent damage.
The Quality Department issues all
inspection instructions and all personnel have sufficient authority to ensure that quality
is not compromised. The Engineering Department issues all specifications as well as test
and calibration instructions that are used by personnel in the production of Alicat
products. The Quality Manager reports directly to the president of the company.
